Alaire Nielsen
Office Manager
Alaire graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Business Administration. She previously worked for the Merrill Company where her responsibilities included payroll, accounts receivable and general ledger reconciliation. Most recently, Alaire was the staff accountant for Ken Krause Motors where her duties included everything from car sales to payroll and financial reporting.

Sheryl Smith
Office Assistant
Sheryl joined Solutions in October, 2005.  She moved to the Spencer area in July 2002 from West Salem, WI.  She brings to us over thirty years of office experience, primarily in Auto Dealership Accounting.  She has five grown children and several grandchildren.  She holds an Associate Degree in Accounting.  She is our internal office support for the Administrative and Technical Departments.

Chuck Pitts
Programmer - Support Technician
Chuck began his employment at Solutions in February 1988. Originally a programmer, Chuck began to migrate into the technical/hardware/software arena. He spends about 50% of his time working with hardware/system software issues, and the remaining time creating/enhancing application programs. Chuck specializes in our Real Estate & Tax Systems and has assisted in various enhancements to our Payroll system. He is also our lead hardware and communications installation/technical advisor pertaining to the iSeries (AS/400), and has vast experience with data conversions including non-IBM systems. He has ‘hands on’ working knowledge of pc’s and networking, including firewalls and VPN’s. Chuck is also a Microsoft Certified Professional.
